Application for Renewing Current Recipients
If you are a Tozer Foundation scholarship recipient whose
four-year
eligibility
has
not
ended
and
if
you
would
like
to
apply
for
a renewal
of
your
scholarship,
you
will
need
to provide the following:
- Completed Scholarship Renewal Application
- Current official college transcript
- Your FAFSA On the Web Submission Confirmation page
and cover page
In order for your
scholarship application to be considered
by the Tozer Scholarship Committee, these documents need
to
be
in
the Tozer Foundation office by March 1st.

Open the Scholarship Renewal Application PDF form
and
save
it
to
your
computer.
Complete
the form either on your computer or by hand. Print two
copies of the form, one copy for submission and one copy
for
your records.
