Scholarship
Application for New High School Applicants
In order for your scholarship application to be considered
by
the
selection
committee,
the
following
documents
need
to
be
in
the
Tozer
Foundation
office
by
March
1st. New high school applicants
will
need
to plan
accordingly
because
the materials will
be
due
sooner
at your
high
school counselor's office.
- FAFSA on the Web Submission Confirmation page and cover
sheet (last
page of the
application).
- Completed Scholarship Application
- Scholarship
Recommendation
Form
(2)
- Student's
personal
letter
to
the
Tozer Scholarship Committee
- Counselor's Information
(submitted
by
your
counselor;
counselors should review the counselor pages for
their
requirements)
- Official transcript (added to your materials by your
counselor)
- College Entrance examination results (ACT/SAT/PSAT)

to
your
materials by
your
counselor)
